30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Trace of Nature Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open the relevant order and request a refund.
3. Alternatively, contact us via contact@traceofnature.se and we will help you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the customer portal linked in your Paddle receipt. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it over the following days. Please update your card from the checkout receipt email to keep your Pro access without interruption.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law (including, for EU customers, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive).
